Uform Lite is one-stop shop for collecting basic data, adding more fields to it and collaborating with your team by sharing those more fields in the form of templates. No need to design templates on web servers, everything is bundled within the app. We developed it to gather and submit the data of our members electronically. Might be useful for your business too. Features Every form is loaded with basic fields e.g. getting location, week hours, images etc. You can add more fields to any form, lite version supports only (text field, choices field). More fields are always grouped under a template, that come in handy when adding multiple fields and sharing those fields with your team. Upload your template on Google Drive (requires Gmail). Download templates (doesn't require Gmail) by entering sharing key. Generate full PDF of your filled form including images. Email the PDF. Upload the PDF to Google Drive (requires Gmail).
